I am writing to compliment the Lexus Dealership at the North Shore Auto Mall in North Vancouver, BC for its excellent customer service. The manager, Chris Graham, has developed a culture in the dealership which, while relaxed, belies the well oiled machine that his obvious administrative talents reflect. From management to the ground staff who wash and clean clients' vehicles. the staff provide an environment which is friendly, calm and well oiled, so that it runs smoothly, and where the sales personnel provide a non-aggressive approach to car sales. The dealership is always clean and tidy and the waiting area for clients is very comfortable indeed. There is always fresh coffee and hot chocolate to drink while one watches a programme on the television. That's not to mention the two arm chairs which provide heat and back, leg and shoulder massage!

I am now driving a 2008 Lexus 350, which I like very much indeed. Cody Kukkola, is my sales person. This is the second car that Cody has sold to me. Prior to my purchase of a 2008 Lexus, I drove an almost new second hand, 2006 Lexus 300. It was a beautiful car; the only reason I traded it in was that I wanted the Navigation System that the 2008 350 model could provide. Prior to and during these sales, Cody provided me with excellent and timely information about all of the vehicles we looked at. At no time did I feel a pressure to buy, on the contrary, at one point, I was advised by Cody to 'think about buying this ... if it is right for you.' My final decision was to purchase a less expensive car, which was more than sufficient for my needs at this time.

My post-sales experience with this dealership has been wonderful. Chris Graham always says a friendly 'hello' and he always remembers my name, which I think is quite a feat considering all the people and clients who pass through the dealership. He always asks if I'm being looked after. The service staff are able and courteous, they go out of their way to meet any time deadline I, or others I've overheard, thrust upon them. They are able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a good sense of humour. I have been very pleased with all of the service staff and I remain grateful to the staff who are charged with cleaning and washing my vehicle, post service and visit. Any work by the service staff is completed in a timely manner and my experience of this element of the dealership is that they are all appropriately friendly and courteous.

Cody Kukkola has provided excellent post-sales care in a very pleasant and timely fashion. Whenever I have had occasion to call him, he responds to my call immediately. With that, he very patiently assists me in my understanding of any number of difficulties I may experience with the navigation, bluetooth or audio system. Any of which I could have answered myself, had I but read the directions in the Lexus book in the glove compartment. Further, when Cody is off for the day, or if he is with another client, any one of his colleagues will ask if they can assist me. One never feels undervalued at this Lexus dealership.

I am more than happy to show my high regard and support for the manager and staff at the North Shore Auto Mall, Lexus Dealership. I look forward to many years of dealing with them.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT! I love everything my great little Mazda 3 Touring Edition has to offer and then some. First Time Experience

It was our first time experience in buying a car in Canada, we went to one of OpenRoad outlets, Northshore Accura after doing some survey on the car that we want to purchase. We were given the best service by the team that lead by Richard Kim, Sales Manager including Allan and Connie. Full information on how to buy a car, financing option availability and insurance process have been well provided to us, who are not familiar about the system in Canada. Even tough we were facing some difficulty due to lack of some supporting documents, Richard and his team manage to support us through the whole process until finally we were able to get the Acura car within 2 days, yet the car has been delivered to us in a very good condition, complete with a familiarity introduction to us a new drivers of the car.

We would like to thank Richard and everybody at Northshore Acura for being so nice, help full and yet professional in dealing with us.

I would like to congratulate you on your excellent Volvo Management Team. In my long history in international business (I happened to be Arthur Andersen and KPMG partner) I was surprised to be serviced in a such profound way in a car dealership.

As my wife was not decided which car to buy, Maurice and Jay went with us through the whole process in a very friendly and professional way, giving us a freedom of choice but also advising us well. In addition please imagine Service Manager Michael waiting for us after hours to assist us personally with a flat tire!
