for which it is being collected and that you have the right

Providing Personal Information via the Mall Website
The information accessible on the Mall's website does not
require you to identify yourself. You may access it anonymously.
We do not automatically gather any personal information from
you, such as your name, telephone number, e-mail or address.
This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily,
usually through contacting us via e-mail or entering a contest.
Use of "Cookie" Technology This website does not use
"cookies" or any other means of collecting information about
you or your computer without your knowledge. A "cookie" is
a file placed on your hard drive by a website that allows
the website to monitor your use of the site, usually without
your knowledge. However, we do use a software program to monitor
network traffic to gather statistical information on website
usage. This software receives and records the Internet Protocol
(IP) address of the computer that has contacted our website,
the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make
no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals
visiting our website.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information From time
to time the Mall website may request information from you
via survey, offer contests or ask permission to send you special
