I am writing to compliment the Lexus Dealership at Northshore Auto Mall in North Vancouver, BC for its excellent customer service. From management to the ground staff who wash and clean clients' vehicles. The staff provides an environment that is friendly, calm and well oiled, so that it runs smoothly, and where the sales personnel provide a non-aggressive approach to car sales. The dealership is always clean and tidy and the waiting area for clients is very comfortable indeed. There is always fresh coffee and hot chocolate to drink while one watches a programme on the television. That's not to mention the two armchairs that provide heat and back, leg and shoulder massage!
The service staff are able and courteous, they go out of their way to meet any time deadline I, or others I've overheard, thrust upon them. One never feels undervalued at this Lexus dealership.
I am more than happy to show my high regard and support for the manager and staff at Northshore Auto Mall, Lexus Dealership. I look forward to many years of dealing with them.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT! I love everything my great little Mazda 3 Touring Edition has to offer and then some. It looks great, handles even better and still puts a smile on my face every time someone says, nice car Mel! The only other car I would buy would be another Mazda. I receive exceptional customer service at Morrey Mazda North Shore even when it's something as simple as a car wash. Purchasing my Mazda was the easiest decision I had to make, no regrets & all smiles.

It was our first time experience in buying a car in Canada, we went to Northshore Acura after doing some surveys on the car that we want to purchase. We were given the best service. Full information on how to buy a car, financing option availability and insurance process have been well provided to us, who are not familiar about the system in Canada. Even though we were facing some difficulty due to lack of some supporting documents, Richard and his team manage to support us through the whole process until finally we were able to get the Acura car within 2 days, yet the car has been delivered to us in a very good condition, complete with a familiarity introduction to us a new drivers of the car.
We would like to thank Richard and everybody at Northshore Acura for being so nice, help full and yet professional in dealing with us.

I would like to congratulate you on your excellent Volvo Management Team. I have just purchased a new car for my wife and we are very happy not only with the car but also with outstanding service by Maurice, Jay and Michael. What a team! In my long history in international business (I happen to be an Arthur Andersen and KPMG partner) I was surprised to be serviced in a such profound way in a car dealership.
As my wife was not decided on which car to buy, Maurice and Jay went with us through the whole process in a very friendly and professional way, giving us a freedom of choice but also advising us well. In addition please imagine Service Manager Michael waiting for us after hours to assist us personally with a flat tire!
I happened to own a Mercedes Benz and believe me the service there is in no comparison whatsoever to VOLVO JIM PATTISON.

... I have never had better service than at the North Van auto mall. I have dealt with Ashiq on my last 3 vehicles and have had the best of service. I paid an online service to find the wholesale pricing on my vehicle before I bought it and was blown away when I was quoted a price less than that. I don't even worry about bartering anymore. I can't vouch for all the salespeople there, but can guarantee Ashiq will take care of you. He has the most clout there.
